One clear decision, out of every stage on your line

From quartzite to finished module, a solar plant runs on more separate systems than most businesses ever will. We build the layer that turns all of it into a single answer: what's promised, what's at risk, and what needs to move next.

Every stage speaks its own language

Furnace control doesn't talk to the cell line. Yield data lives in one tool, module traceability in another, and compliance reporting waits until month-end. None of these systems were built to talk to each other — so nobody in the plant sees the full picture until it's too late to act on it.

Collage of aging factory gauges, control panels, and pressure dials, each reading in isolation
Every gauge tells its own story. Nobody's reading them together.

A wafer plant, a cell line, and a module assembler can each be running well on their own terms and still hand off a problem nobody notices until it shows up in a warranty claim three years later.

The fix isn't another dashboard bolted onto the pile. It's a layer that sits above what you already run, watching every stage at once, and telling you the one thing that actually needs a decision today.

The same plant, four different questions

Ask the plant head, the quality head, the compliance officer, and the CEO what keeps them up at night, and you'll get four different answers — all about the same production line.

Plant head

I only find out about a yield problem after three shifts have already run with it.

What changesDeviations surface the moment a line drifts, not after the batch is already scrapped.

Quality head

Every warranty claim means digging through five different systems to rebuild one module's history.

What changesGenealogy from wafer to module lives in one place, ready before anyone has to ask.

Compliance officer

ALMM and traceability filings turn into a manual scramble every reporting cycle.

What changesCompliance data is captured as production happens, not reconstructed afterward.

CEO / investor

I get a plant update once a month. By the time I see it, whatever went wrong already cost us.

What changesOne view, updated continuously, of what's on track and what's about to slip.

The shift

Many signals. One decision.

A solar line generates thousands of readings an hour — furnace temperatures, pull rates, defect codes, power bins, warranty serials. Almost none of it is designed to be looked at together.

Our approach doesn't try to show you more data. It follows every one of those threads to the point where they converge on a single, plain answer: this is what needs attention, and this is what to do about it.

How it comes together

The same four-step loop runs underneath, whichever stage of the plant it's watching.

1

See everything as it happens

Every stage's own systems keep running exactly as they do today. We read from them, not around them.

2

Connect the dots across stages

A wafer lot, a cell batch, a module serial — followed as one thread instead of five disconnected records.

3

Surface the one decision that matters

Not another report. The single thing that's drifting, at risk, or due for a call, ranked by what it costs you.

4

Put it in front of the person who can act

Routed to whoever owns that decision — shift supervisor, quality head, or plant leadership — before the window to act on it closes.

Why this matters now

India's solar manufacturers are being built at a pace and scale the industry hasn't seen before, and most of that capacity is going up without a system that can see across it.
